I watched this for quite a while, praying that someone would buy it and remove the temptation. :icon_scratch:
Finally gave into the temptation, arrived yesterday. The notes said "blemishes around inlay". The web photos were unclear so I expected to have to do some repair work. As you can see from the close-up, it is only a few fibres that will not effect play nor is even noticeable except upon close scrutiny.
It even has a little flame, so you could say "exceeds expectations"
As with my other roasted maple, I will start the burnishing soon.
Next to decide which of my $100 learning bodies will get the upgrade? :dontknow:
