Seen that the other day, can't say I was surprised. He's been pushing the envelope for years with his drug addiction...Heroine is not something to be trifle with.
Still he was a great singer and very charismatic front man...R.I.P :sad1:

Yeah this made me quite sad, though as Dangerous said, it's not exactly surprising. Another sad case of someone who just couldn't outrun their demons any longer. It's too bad, really.
I've been an STP fan for a long time. They were one of the first "big" bands I saw in concert. Scott was totally wasted--missed cues, screwed up lyrics, the whole bit. By the end, you could tell the other guys were not impressed. Of course I had a blast just the same, but it was, by and large, not a great show.
