The ones sold by Warmoth under Fender American Series 2-pivot trem seem to be different from Callaham's replacement blocks.  Fender's blocks are tapered whereas Callaham's are not.    Anyone knows if I can upgrade to using Callaham's  ?

Well I never had a different block on it. I had the base plate from F and the other parts from Callaham.

I also have a Callaham block, saddles etc on a 6 pt bridge.  There was a improved difference in clarity and sustain.

Everything Callaham makes is absolutely the best. But, with that said, I think what makes a Strat sound like a Strat is all the money saving shortcuts Leo used. I like using the Callaham baseplate with everything else being cheaper Fender parts.

Buying Callaham is like flying first class.

I have two Callaham bridges and not one of them has offered me an orange juice or water  :laughing7:
