Question About Nut Replacement...

Is there a good way to replace a Floyd Rose locking nut with a standard non-locking unit (such as GraphTech)?  I have an old Ibanez neck that I'd like to install on a non-Floyd body.
I assume the over-sized slot would have to be filled with something.

There's the ebanol nut. I don't have any experience with these so I can't really say anything about them. I know that it isn't too big of a job for a tech to build up a shelf though. I did have a friend that just used a Gibson style nut without issue. :dontknow:

With wood. Not hard for a luthier to do.
