I guess I could say that I "built" the cable, but all I did was put some sleeving over a cable and a little bit of soldering...But I'm really happy with the end result. It only cost me $33.75 AUD which is around $25 USD for you folks. And it looks a hell of a lot cooler than my other cable and it has super nice Neutrik connectors...The sleeving makes it a lot less tangle prone and makes it feel very durable.

The pictures really don't do the sleeving colour justice.
