Help.
One of the tone controls on my 1980's Yamaha SBG 2000 died (lost the push -push function). I'd like to replace it with another push - push type not push - pull. The problem is the original is marked 300k on the housing. Would a 250k suffice and would anything have to be altered due to shaft length?
