A couple months ago there were a few beautiful Unique Choice quilt pieces that looked to be from the same tree  available and I couldn't help myself; I had to have one of them. 

Gonna combine it with the Chechen neck I've had stashed under my bed since the limited run Warmoth had.

Several years ago when I was just beginning my Warmoth addiction there were some tulipwood Unique Choice fretboards in the store that I thought were gorgeous.  I wanted to make a project around one, but I didn't give it any urgency and then they were gone--never to return again that I've seen although I admittedly don't check regularly.

Either way, lesson learned.  If Warmoth does a limited run of something that really gets my attention I try to grab one if at all possible to stash for future use.

Understood. I've bought several for the same reason, a few of which are still awaiting final assembly.
