I was one of the lucky folks to get one of the purple tribute bodies… I loved that guitar - but unfortunately when I got divorced it was part of the half of the guitars that didn’t come with me.
Mostly I made peace with that but the prince tribute was kinda special and frankly I missed it. So thankfully the reverb feed never forgets and one of the prototype bodies popped up on my feed last week.
This was built by wright guitars - and they did a decent job with it, it is set up well, has nice fretwork, hardware and pickups from the late Peter Florence but… I’ll be gutting it and putting a new neck and electronics in it anyways to my taste
