I been on the search for a les paul for the past year, i coulden't find anything that's even remotely ok, so last week i bought a LP body, all gold hardware, WCR pickups (American Steele) , RS vintage wiring kit, 24 3/4 unfinished maple/ebony neck with SS6230 frets, Grover mini locking tuners, Aluminum tonepros stoptailpiece, gotoh tuneomatic, memorial Randy rhoads neck plate and truss rod (found that on guitarheads, real cool) , Earvana nut  and this cool gadget called Ntune, it's like an onboard tuner, thought i'd give it a go.

wow
i just realized how much stuff i bought :D
my bank gonna be angry :D
actually i been saving up for like 4 months, i still have enough for another neck, thought i'd order a wenge/rosewood neck and see how that fits, one neck for rocking, one neck for bluesing ;o

thanks all for your kind advice, without this forum i would have never bought this guitar probably, waiting for it to arrive :O

it's from one of those expensive bodies, already finished
with the DL quilt maple and whatnot
i wanted to show it to my friends and stuff, but after i bought the body and neck i coulden't get the pics from the site anymore, duh
should have saved them before had i known :cool01:

If you tell me the part numbers we can still see the pictures (they don't take them offline)...  :icon_thumright:

Why TonePros tailpiece but Gotoh bridge??

The N-Tune thing looked cool when it came out, but I never saw one in person so I don't know how well it works.  Let us know!  :guitaristgif:
