Maybe I'm crazy, but I really picture this paired with a wenge/ebony, baritone LP neck...

Actually, the neck is a very "two-toned" black korina(headstock is light on top, dark on the lower half), with a macassar ebony fingerboard-lots of milk-chocolatey stripes on it-that's an almost perfect color match for the oiled finish on the body. Pic soon to come. And your respones are, as always, most gratifying.
