Post what you're listening to!

Jim Campilongo doing the warpy telecaster things he does so well.  Tony Scherr on bass, Tony Mason on drums.  Tremendous set.

My favorite Incubus album, though I must admit I haven't given anything after Morning View a fair shake (mostly because the change in direction wasn't something I was into).

WOW! :o

It's been ages since I listened to BCC and I only got the first album. This is exactly up my alley. Thanks for the link/video.

Here are some from the new BCC IV ( I was surprised when they got back together recently)

Look, I understand some folks don't care for country music.  But if you're even on the fence, you should check out singer/songwriter Robbie Fulks.  Sings like an angel, writes like a demon, and plays guitar like the genius he is.  And his sideman, guitarist Robbie Gjersoe, has some mindblowing chops and tremendous taste.

This is John McLaughlin's retirement tour.  His band and Jimmy Herring's band are touring together in a vein similar to the co-headlining tour Jeff Beck did with Mahavishnu in the seventies.  Here is video of the November 4 show in its entirety.

I am happy to report that I am going to see this tour on December  8 in San Francisco.

Thanks Bagman for the video link. I have to check it out properly when time allows.
McLaughlin is such an awesome musician and guitarplayer. Absolutely incredible. But I'm always disappointed by his guitar tone. This seemed like no exception.

I must say the mix and EQ on this recording are sub-optimal.  But the playing is insane.  I want to be Jimmy Herring when I grow up - so brilliant and so generous and self-effacing.

Haven't been following this thread, but...

Greta Van Fleet just dropped their full album on Spotify. Wow....it's great!!

They sound a LOT like a classic rock band you are probably all familiar with, but with great modern recording and production! I would tell you who.....but I don't want to spoil it.

Awww...what the heck:
