Hi just wanted to post a pick of my new Warmoth neck on my latest build.
This is my 4th build and my second warmoth neck.
I just ordered 2 more necks to replace the necks on the guitars I didn’t use Warmoth, there is no comparison in the quality.

The weight is 8.5 lbs and no its not chrome its polished aluminum. The body is machined from a solid block of 6061 T6 aircraft grade .

Very cool, but what's the reasoning behind using a ball nose end mill for the inside cuts...3D cuts I'm assuming..Is it a carved top.... :dontknow:

Ya, but it was totally by accident... :icon_biggrin:

Now that is just way cool.

You hogged out more material than you got left over!  Love it... its a work of art.

This is just AWESOME!!!!  :hello2:

Have you though about painting the headstock chrome or perhaps putting a chrome vaneer over it?

Sound clips must be posted.  :rock-on:

+1. That body looks awesome, but the work behind it must be quite specialised? Great neck!  :headbang:

:glasses9: NO WAY!!  Is this the future of guitars?  What if we CNC one out of a stone slab or    Is this what we see the kids using when they're "killing it!" - ON STAGE ten years from now:???  Where can I get one?  :cool01:

This is very cool  :icon_thumright:. Much cooler than when I thought it was just painted chrome  :laughing7:. I think its cool that it doesnt need bushings, as the bridge posts just screw into the body  :laughing7:

IMHO Chrome (for the most part) is evil and should be used as little as possible. Especially near polished aluminum. If there has to be a veneer, it should be more aluminum...
