Need some help finding parts for this

A Yamaha SE603M.  No clue about what year.

My stepson got this from his Dad.  It plays great.  Sounds cool.  But its missing a few bits.  It needs locking nuts and a whammy.  This should be easy enough, however its not made to Floyd Rose specs.  The space for the locking nuts is slightly narrow, which is fine, you can grind 'em down with a file.  However the hole for the whammy bar is wider than standard.  None of the shops I went to had anything that would fit.  And everyone said "go online" for parts, or "Hey, we can sell you another guitar!".

So.....

Thoughts?  Anybody know of a Yamaha discussion page I could surf?  Parts options?

Dave's pretty cool.  I ordered a bunch of stuff from him I was working on that Charvel Model 4 awhile back.  He makes a replacement cavity cover for it that has a battery box recessed into it. It fit like it was OEM.  :headbang:
