Need help choosing a Telecaster Bridge Pickup

Hey, first post, first build.

I've been looking into building a Warmoth Telecaster for a while now, and now I can actually afford it I've settled on a build for the most part (Walnut Body & Neck, Koa Top, Ebony Fingerboard); however I'm finding it hard to decide on a good bridge pickup to use. As far as the neck goes I'm going for a Loller Royal-T, it fits what I'll be playing on the guitar for the most part.

If anyone wants to hear what it sounds like: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZFjUCGkPEe0

I am pretty flexible in what I go for, the only restriction would be that it's a single coil Telecaster pickup (not a P90/Humbucker etc), I'm effectively looking for something to give me a bit of versatility. I'll still mostly be playing Blues/Blues Rock on each pickup, but a pickup that would give me options to play music like The Rolling Stones or The Black Keys for example; would be great. I'm not necessarily going to be playing them together so phasing shouldn't be too much of an issue.

I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions?

Cheers,
Jack

The DiMarzio Area T is really nice, if you want to go noiseless at a less-than-break-the-bank price; the Duncan Quarter Pound with a coil tap allows you the choice between conventional-strength and bunker-buster strength single coil (not noiseless, alas).

If you want a good, vintage Tele sound, try SD 52's. Will cover the types of music genres you mentioned.

If you're using a Lollar at the neck, I'd use one at the bridge as well.  I very much like the Lollar super-T at the bridge.  So much so I put it into all my telecasters.

GFS (Guitar Fetish) Neovin's.

Seriously, I love mine, regardless of the lower cost, it just sounds great.  A good pickup is a good pickup.
I have the NEOTN7, about 7k in output, very minimal magnet pull, they actually recommend positioning it closer to the strings.  Lots of detail, very well balanced, and I'm using it on a baritone tele.

Or, consider a set: http://www.guitarfetish.com/Neovin-Pickups-Matched-Pairs_c_122.html

They're just dang good pickups. :eek:ccasion14:
