My Latest thing

Neat! you've got the easy bit down.

Are you concerned that your paper's ink might run once you start hitting it with lacquer? Do you have plans for sealing the paper from the lacquer?

Already tested this - it's ok.
Just out of curiosity, what brand of paper is that you are using?

It's from this company called Papyrus: http://www.papyrusonline.com/

The paper has an ISBN number of 1-41-6706011

I don't see it on their site anymore - it may be discontinued.
Well I wasn't interested in the paisley per se, but since you played the Guinea pig card already. And give their paper the laquer test, it opens the door for other possibilities with other patterns... :dontknow:

Bummer, I couldn't find it on their site either.

I like the fact that we know how their paper reacts, but I can't see doing a guitar in this.  :laughing7:

Yep that's the stuff.  I wonder if I should head back to that store and get another roll - they had about 10 of them...

If you like it, I'd say yes...... :laughing7:

I just bought a showcase tele body.

Things are afoot - stay tuned for news and some surprises...

Like many of our friends on the board say, “ if there is no pictures it does not exist”.  :laughing8:
We need pictures!  What kind of wood is it?
