My #1 finally done

I've got a classical with a shellac finish. I've played the hell out of it for 9 years. The finish could use some repairs, but it has never felt gummy or gross. It fits just fine in "my realm of playability."

And confederatewk: Pro internet tip: This isn't hotornot.com. When people post pics of their guitars, it's not an invitation for the rest of us to talk smack about them. The guitar is built and making music to the satisfaction of the builder. Your criticisms are too late, are not constructive and strike me as perversely self-serving.

If you want to argue about the virtues of one finish over another, take it to the finishes forum.

Quick update

I now have a birdseye maple neck with a pau ferro fretboard (clapton profile) to go on this baby.  The neck finish is curing as we speak.  Hope to have her put on my #1 in a month or so.

The Canary neck is going to go on my 2-humbucker flamed black korina strat.  (still in process as well)

Cheers guys!
