Weather finally cooperated for the 2k today. Really made the colors and quilt pop, but a few issues, maybe still a little humid. Hopefully it will sand out OK for the second application.

I still like shooting nitro better, but hate the 15-20 coats and 3 weeks of curing before polishing.

Thank you, but unfortunately it only WAS beautiful. Had problems with the 2k finish and had to sand it down to bare wood. Hugely disappointing, but it will rise again….

Yeah I saw your other thread after reading this one and thought OH NO. Really sucks, but at least it's a fixable problem. I've had to redo some of mine, a couple more than once. Good luck!

First attempt of the Redux last night. Let it dry and I'll see what I need to fine tune tonight. Probably back to Nitro Clear Coat.......

After 3 coats of tinted nitro for the back, everything is getting clear now. Nice weather, so got in 3 coats tonight.
