Hi...first post....
I couldn't find an answer to this...(may be blind)...
I'm building a partscaster. Unfortunately the neck transplant recipient body has some issues with the neck pocket. 1) the holes are in the wrong place (I'll drill them and glue in a dowel and redrill), 2) the neck pocket is too 3/16 too deep (13/16 vs 5/8)
Does anyone have any ideas on an approach to fixing this (building up the neck pocket)? I assume I will have to get a nice 3/16 of hardwood, glue it in, and drill it..
Anyone have some experience with this?
