So, let's hear about what you guys consider the most legendary thread on here :p

I enjoyed the wookie, chauvet, and butch. Feel free to give details so we can pass on the lore.

Wookie was a plank!

I'm a fan of DR6's Custom Neckplate thread, for it's sheer size.  :hello2:

+1 Dangerous. When somebody builds an entire business out of one forum thread, they've got something going right.

No, they won't.  But that thread is truly epic.

Hey Wookie was way before your time Max...
I would probably vote for most topics from before you joined  :icon_biggrin:

It is probably too recent to be considered legendary, but the "Favorite Musician Joke" thread is my fav. And Vol Knob's post w the pic of Chad Kroeger kills me.

I think I've read every post on this forum :p
Some that were deleted before I joined are obviously excluded.

Well, be that way, Marko.

well the complete first year or 2 were deleted from the old forum ;) there were some pretty good ones.
I liked the ones where we were making fun of ebay sellers, and then the seller joined the forum to defend themselves!
there are some pretty good ones with hilarious quotes from Schmoopy in them

also liked this one: (not just because I started it  :icon_biggrin:)

Wow, that is classic!
I loved how weird the wookie threads got. Don't remember all that much from the first forum, but ebay sellers trying to defend themselves - yep, good entertainment  :icon_biggrin:

Everyone should read my thread about my gold top - just so they can feel good about whatever guitar troubles they might have. :laughing7:

What about the guy who wanted us to convince him it was a good idea to get a bunch of spikes attached to his forehead and cheeks and we all took the side of his dad? Maybe that was just me....No offense intended if that guy is still around.  :redflag:

I always like the rants by members that lead up to them quitting or being banned.  Like Klaunch's gripes with UPS, and wanting everything under the sun available in left-handed versions in the showcase.  Let's not forget Kreig trying to school us with his superior vibrato technique.  I also enjoy any reply by Stubhead.  He has such a matter-of-fact perspective and dry wit about him, you don't know if he's serious of joking.  And he builds neat stuff too.
