Lap Steel Trad Shape

As I told you in my Eaggle New York post, my actual guitar project was stopped becaus a friend ask me for a new lap steel. This is the result of this...

The body is 3 pieces of african mahogany, pao ferro fingerboard with maple dots and "frets", ebony nut

Ovangkol headplate with mother of pearl inlays (it's not just 3 triangles: the first is a J, 2nd an C and 3rd an A). The body was grainfilled in black, sanded and tinted in red "a la" Gibson SG. Iron Gear T neck pickup (I love that brand) with CTS pots and orange drop cap.

My opinion is that it's an abject failure, and you should send it to me to store it out of sight of everyone, thus effectively burying your shame and permitting me to do a really good deed.  :icon_jokercolor:
