I'm going to have to lodge one teeny tiny  minor gripe. The finish applied rather drastically subdues the artwork. Its just too dark. Otherwise wow.

Funny that you say that, I did feel the black burst could've been just a bit smaller around the outside edge. In person it's fine though. I also thought the girl could've used a light airbrushed edge all the way around her to make her pop. I had her masked off when I shot the edge burst and could have done so then. It was a missed opportunity.

On the other hand, keeping it subtle has its merits. Adds an air of mystery/suspense that begs closer inspection that will be richly rewarded. The thing is drop-dead gorgeous and I love it just the way it is.
