I have seen a couple of Warmoth LPs offered by the same seller on eBay. They are absolutely beautiful and apparently set up by Charlie's who I am roughly familiar with. I've got a couple of questions. First, the cost of building this guitar can't be much off the asking price. Is he actually making money at this? Second, there's currently no option for a Koa top on an LP. Do you think he happened to order this when the option was available or is this just where he called in and got an option that wasn't available through the body builder? In other words, are there often options to get something unique that you won't find available through the body builder if you just call and ask?
