Its ALL the marine traffic of transponder equipped vessels, world wide, with constant updates.  You can actually see them moving about every 100 seconds or so.  Zooms in to... very close.  Amazing.  Some vessels have their images linked too.

I work for a Port, and it's sad to say, but this page is more reliable than the program they have dedicated to AIS tracks...  Most of the time their program doesn't work, and when it does, the radar is out.

I'm gonna bookmark this at work, and recommend it to my superiors...  Maybe they'll get the hint.
