When I was picking the Showcase body for my recent Velocity build I was debating between the black and red one I ended up getting, and another similar transparent red one - but without the black edge spray. In the meantime a friend saw mine and said "I want one". Well, guess what? That other body was still there in the Showcase, and it was a great Screaming Deal price, so I grabbed it. It's going to look almost like mine - except I think I'll have the headstock painted:

That would be OK if Warmth offered bloodwood as a wood choice for Warmoth necks. But Padouk and Purpleheart are on the list.  Gotta think about it; I think I just prefer to keep it simple with rosewood or PauFerro and maple, and a soled red headstock face.
