I am wiring a VIP with Two humbuckers from WCR with a single volume, a single tone and a three way switch. The tone control is a pull type that I would like to split the coils.
The instructions that came with the pickups read as follows...
Black (start) and Red (finish) are the Screw Bobbin
Green (start) and White (finish) are the Slug Bobbin
For normal humbucking operation, Red and White are connected to each other (splitter connection).
Black is hot, Green and Twisted Ground are both Ground.
Would this be the same as a Seymour Duncan wiring diagram????
Second question is whether or not there is a "50's Style" move that can be done to the capacitor with a push/pull type pot?
Thanks
