The basic skinny of it is:
send ocguy 10 bucks (p@yp@l him) for a chance at these waffles, max of 5 per user (50 bucks) (don't use the "gift" option)

when 200 ppl are met the waffles are served up, and are randomly assigned.  top hit gets the kitty, minus fees & 50 bucks.  2nd place gets fifty bones.
any reference to the actual word for waffles is definately frowned upon.
