Nothing ultra flashy this month, but I like several of them.  This is very cool.  I'll have to spend some time pondering my vote.

:rock-on:

I'm in the same boat.  Not many, but several great entries this time around.  I'm going to mull it over while I eat this western omelet crepe from Bagel Boys for lunch. Om Nom Nom.

I don't like the Warmoth headstock on anything but the VIP, but the strat of scartozi is killer! Love the look!

If that is Sarah Palin, I can see that guitar from my house.

At least she doesn't think there are "57 states".  She also doesn't tell people in wheelchairs to "stand up".   :guitaristgif:

she does, however, believe that dinosaurs walked the earth just a couple thousand years ago. not turning this into a political thread, just an embarrassing facts thread :icon_biggrin:

I believe that too, and I'm no nut-job. There is absolutely NO evidence of "millions of years ago", most of us have heard of the Knights that used to slay dragons.

I'm not promoting Palin here, I think she has some good qualities, while lacking in other areas. I would not vote for her for President, even though she could be no worse that what we have now.

Anyway, back to guitar discussion............

Ken Hovind?

I know who he is, but he's a bit of a nut himself. Only an idiot would just stop paying his taxes and think he can get away with it. He's serving a 10-year sentence right now.

Yeah, but before all that was he a nut?  A guy I work with sent some of his vids home with me a few years ago.  Some of it out there, some of it out of context, some of it believeable.

I had to vote for dmraco's Zebra Strat...
At this point, it is likely a vote thrown away, but I have always loved that build.  Very nice Strat  :icon_thumright:

Can I get some third place badge or something? I'm proud of my strat.. it plays so nice.  :toothy10:

clap clap clap clap clap clapclap clap clap :hello2: :hello2: :hello2: :hello2: :hello2:

and as usual there was some tough competition in there

Congrats Scartozi

Wow, I missed this month's GOTM. Although I voted in another thing this month, so I don't feel too bad.

I probably would've voted for Max's Tele, just to see some dirt in the typically fancy top corner, so I'm glad the weathered Strat won.

HOLY CRAP!........I didn't think I had a chance cause the pic sucked and there are some saaweet guitars this month. WOW, I'm totally stoked.......the only thing to say is THANK YOU!  :blob7: :toothy12:

Speech:
First I would like to thank all of you who followed the "Driftwood" Strat project and the rediculous pic sizes I posted. Second, to my son for going to bed at a decent hour allowing me to work on the project and my wife for putting up with hours in the garage....and last but not least WARMOTH for making an awsome neck to which I designed the strat around.

Yeah......that was a lame speech but it was my first :laughing7:

THANKS AGAIN!  :toothy12:

Congrats scartozi, nice build most definitely....
