Does the ground wire that goes to (comes from?) The output jack, and the ground wire from the bridge claw have to be shielded wire? Will it be better with or without shielded wire? :icon_scratch:
Thank you so much. This may seem like a stupid question, but when I'm using shielded wire for the output hot, do i wrap the shielding around the wire, and tin it, then solder? I've never soldered shielded wire.
Ignore that... :laughing7: I looked further into it, and now realize that i use the shielding as the output ground, going from the sleeve to the back of the volume pot, if I'mnot mistaken.
