GAS Alert!!!!

Totally couldn't resist this one - I let my GAS get away with me.  This should tide me over until year-end bonus time, when I can shell out for the Warmoth parts and Roadhouse p'ups all at once.

One of my favorite Strat copies - the mid-1980's MIJ Charvel Model 1A.  I had one when I was 20 - 22 years old.  It was my second electric guitar ever, after my Ibanez Roadstar I picked up when I was 19.  I'm not nuts about pointy headstocks so much anymore, but the necks are solid as can be. Looking forward to resuming an interrupted relationship.

I know these aren't guitars... but I'm GASSing for a Guitar this color.

You like the wildest and oddest stuff out there don't you Agwan? We need people like you to balance people like me :)

That guava pink is about the same color as my stratocaster.

that Fern Green Reminds me greatly of Space Invader Zim

An Iceman inspired by the Aesthetic present in this image... is totally something I'd play.

I'd never play it, but I'd love it just the same. Go build!

in all seriousness I'm actually pretty set on the Purple color

the Alsa Killer cans seem like an awesome way to save money on paint but still get a decent finish.

I'm pretty confident I can paint the body. but seaming the fretboard seems like it will be tricky.

The Alsa web site has inspired GAS for imaginary guitars in myself as well.  And I'm pretty sure we're not the only ones.

I know what you mean. I could probably go my whole life without owning a Tele, but then I see something like that and I have to wonder. You don't see wood or finishes like that very often, so you have to compromise sometimes... <grin>
