So glad its a Tele neck and not a strat neck.

Any (unfinished) Strat neck can be cut to a Tele headstock by W.  Sure, you end up with a Tele neck with a Strat heel, but it will work on both.

Yeah, but turning a Tele neck into a Strat neck would be a little harder... Which saves those of us looking for Strat necks a tiny bit of GAS.

I'm giving myself a reason not to buy that beautiful piece of art as I have no body to put it on.  I just keep telling myself that it wont fit under ANY circumstance.

There's no place like home, there's no place like home.....

Seriously.. I don't know what they're feeding them over there at Warmoth recently, but they've been pumping out some seriously GAS-inducing bodies lately.

Can't they put the pinstripes on the front of those bodies?

Well it's not quite the same, but there are these:

Oh that's just great. Now I find myself wanting a freekin TELE for cripe sakes.

And I don't even LIKE Tele's....

There's something about a S style body with binding on it . . . it gives off this great vintage vibe, while still saying "hey . . . I'm custom".

I know this ain't no exotic wood GAS or nothin', but I find the simplicity very GAS problematic . . . that, and it's a 7/8.

the crazy trans turquoise burst LP in the Warmoth Today really restoked my LP GAS.

my current GAS is similar, or as in this mockup (with a W headstock)

GOOD GOD.

SOMEONE HAS ALREADY BUILT MY EXACT GUITAR...

And recently... because that wasn't in that gallery a few weeks ago...

I'm glad to know my reverse Explorer headstock will look great!

I don't know.... I, for one, would have chosen ebony for the fingerboard :laughing7:
And I would have used a pair of SD SH-8 Invader pickups. Both of the bridge type, for less tonal versatility :laughing3:

I would have gone with a Warmoth headstock, normally pointy is my preferred, but i think the W headstock fits much better... :dontknow:
