Same, they should've done a clear gloss finish.hannaugh said:I'm bummed that they covered up the mahogany on the back on those LPs.

Thats for sure. It's been a couple years since I owned a production guitar, and I was thinking "Man, with this summer job maybe I'll save up for a nice PRS." Then I started thinking "Well, of course with Warmoth I could get stainless steel frets, and a hollowbody VIP..."
Damn it, Warmoth. Damn it.

Those are on there all the time, usually several variations, all usually set neck tele's....I've contemplated one myself.... :laughing7:hannaugh said:http://cgi.ebay.com/Fender-Custom-Spalted-Maple-Telecaster-Tele-BODY-NECK-/200580308800?pt=Guitar_Accessories&hash=item2eb3849f40
Almost tempting.
That looks like a real beauty Craig. I'll bet it's a great player too. I have a Warmoth 72 thinline with a goncalo on goncalo neck, and I love it (pic below). I'd love to build a superstrat with a g/a neck.I think we might have similar taste. This is what's in my lap as I surf/type this.
