Hello all !
I know you know that I'm a guitar player ; but a friend of mine want a new bass for his collection... He is ok to let me build his new baby :icon_thumright:
I plan to build an Alder/Quilted Maple top G4 with a classic maple/rosewood 34" neck
I have few questions...
- The rear routed electronic cavity needs long shaft pot or not ?!
- The body will certainly be "washed black dye" on front and "black gloss" on back with a natural masked binding. I want to match the neck with black gloss back and a washed black dye quilt maple peghead. How I order that ??
- I hesitate to build her with a contoured heel... how about stiffness and reliability in time ? and is the sound is modified ?
- Is it possible for Warmoth to build a really custom fingerboard inlay ?
