So, a year has passed since I went to the Fuzz Guitar Show in Gothenburg. Time for another visit. I'm actually on my way to the train station right now and will soon be there together with all guitar nerds in Sweden. Will of course post pictures from it here. Stay tuned ...

Looking forward to it. Have a good trip and share pictures. If you spot Greuter pedals check them out. I have his treble boost patterned after the old Rangemaster that Rory Gallagher and Brian May used a lot.

Take a look at Norlund guitars. I've been following them on Instagram for a while, and saw that they were there as well, and their acoustic guitars look really sweet!

Ok, get ready for a loooot of pictures ... :laughing7:
Some with captions and some without ... just pictures of cool guitars or basses.

(Sorry, didn't see Greuter or Norlund)

Look how slim this one is:

For those that haven't seen or played/felt the "squareness" of the neck on the Strandberg guitar, this is what they look like:

True temperament frets on a Strandberg:

I like that swirly two string bass!

Me too. Looks like a weird Photoshop job, but I'm glad it isn't.

I want one/some of those Duesenberg trapezoid pickups.

Thanks for the pics Logrinn.

Perhaps you've heard of Lundgren pickups? They're made in Sweden and there were many on display at the guitar show.
They're mounted on specail boards that allows people to try them on a special guitar:

I had not heard of Lundgren Pickups before.

But I think the Unicorn picture is this one.

Thanks for the pics! Some cool stuff on display for sure. I liked the 2 string bass, perfect for a Presidents Of The United States Of America cover band!

Thanks for sharing those pics. Some of those guitars and basses are amazing.  :icon_thumright:

Very cool. Did you get a chance to try the guitar with the True Temperament frets?

No, unfortunately not. But since I'm going to Ia Eklundhs Freak Guitar Camp - and he's a True Temperament Frets user - I believe I will have a shot at it later this year. Will give you my opinions of it then of course.

Thanks for the pics, hope you had a great time!  :icon_thumright:

It was great indeed. Thanks. Visiting shows like this gives me even more inspiration for all things guitar.
