Flamed Roasted Maple Precision Bass Neck - 24 Fret

FAM! It's arrived. After weeks of refreshing the Warmoth order page (we all do it, admit it) and then the refreshing of the UPS page, it has arrived. Warmoth has now delivered every piece I'll need to complete my Bubinga Body, Double Musicman Rout Jazz Bass. I prefer P necks as I have my own set of gigantic Paladino-Hands.

Quite happy with how the cream dots, and white side markers, turned out. Glad I didn't choose black.

I only now await the pickups and we'll begin our build. Wood prep and finishing may start ahead of that... watch for the build thread

The way the fingerboard melds into the headstock grain is just.... HNNGGG

Nice neck. I hope my roasted flame maple has some nice figuring like that. The cream dots do look good. Way to choose!

I'm just upset because now I don't have anything to track... is this how Warmoth Syndrome begins?

Awesome neck, I absolutely love the roasted flame maple. The dark color and the flaming both look so nice. That is a top notch neck. How are you going to finish everything? And what pickups?

Tru-Oil finish is happening now in my build thread. Sanded several grits first. Pickups/Preamp are Nordstrand Big Blademan 4s and JC-3b Preamp.
