Warmoth did a special run of these inlays about 10 years ago. I called in a couple of years ago was fortunate that they still had one laying around.

I just checked Instagram and it looks like there was a release in 2016 and then another in 2021. I didn’t realize there were multiples.

It's possible, though I don't recall them in 2016.
