no he is saying we only argue about fender logos, we argue about everything

That's not necessarily true. we argue only about important things. I think we've realized that certain arguments are really pointless and never going anywhere, and we leave those arguments alone.

LOL, I was being completely sarcastic as well. (you might note that simply by participating in this "argument", I was contradicting my statement that "we only argue about important things".) too bad the faux argument didn't go on a little longer, just for yucks, but I'd hate to offend anyone either.

I wanted to install the pickup and do the wiring...I purchased a Fender black pickup cover sad to say it doesnt fit on the Neck and Middle pickup. So im stuck with the Fender stock cream Noiseless Pickup...I have 3 pickguard B/WB, Pearloid, and Aged white...Tell me ur thought which one does fit to ur likes for this Cream pickups..I wanted to finish this assembly today and give this guitar as a gift this Christmas..  ccasion14:

I think I'd do the aged white creme, even though the cream covers don't really match it. The black is nice, but may be a little too contrasty. The pearloid doesn't seem to work at all.

Thanks Cagey.. im trying to enlarge some of the hole of the black pick up cover... incase the black pickup cover work which pickguard will match to the black pickup cover? thanks

I think I'd still do the aged white creme. That body's wood grain and color just seem to say "comfort food", like old home week with slippers and sweaters or something. Makes you want a warm pickguard to go with it, and black just doesn't do that. Of course, the pearloid doesn't either - too much "bling", so that's out.

I have a great time building this project..i have tried to limit my budget buy doing the Body and neck finishes by me. Even the LSR nut slot was modify by me.
Every process installation was a first time for me, Im happy with the result. the sustain is good. theres is no Pickup noise at all. The pickup sounds very clear and crisp when played on clean. The only setup i have done is bridge string height adjustment, Neck relief and intonation setup..
Well I have tired to build to get that vintage looks with the help of this forum it helps me to achieve it.

Here are the specs:
Warmoth Strat body: POPLAR  DIY finish by me (if ur interested on how i did the finishing, U can check out at DIY finishing thread)
Warmoth NECK: Vintage modern 22 fret warmoth neck Rosewood/Maple with Std thin contour,  1 1/16, compound radius, 25.5 in, cream dots.
Neck Finishing: neck finishing vintage looks.. you can check out a separate topic i posted at DIY thread on how I did the neck finishing.
Nut: Fender LSR Nut DIY modification to fit the LSR.
Tuners: Wilkinson Tuners
Bridge: 6 Hole Vintage Wilkinson tremolo (modified saddle)
Pickguard: DIY Aged white.
Swithch: 5 way switch
Pickups: Fender Noiseless pickups "Cream"

Im impressed with the noiseless pickup...I have adjusted the neck relief..Im happy with the results..I will post a video as of this as soon as available
