First custom build issues

Building a tele with the following:

2 custom 57 gibson humbuckers
2 pots volume and tone
1 3 way switch
1 input jack

I used the attached diagram from the fender site and as of right now have a huge hum when plugged in and nothing else, sooo frustrating!

Any ideas? Thanks!

Depending on the construction of that tone pot, that case ground may not be an actual ground. That would cause exactly what you're hearing. Try running a wire from that case to the volume pot's case, or any other convenient ground point. Also, it looks like they've got the neck and bridge pickups wired out of phase with each other. You might want to check on those color codes relative to the pickups you're using.
