I was under the impression that the guitar would need alot of tweaking and a fret leveling once I put it together, but I have to say, everything is flawless on this thing. This thing is very balanced and resonant. It's super light and weights is at about 6.7

The Suhr pickups are hot pickup with a smooth top end and a snarling midrange.  The Soldano cab you have is an empty 4x12.  I have a Bogner XTC Classic, Suhr modded Marshalll JMP, Egnater MICA TOL100, and a Roccaforte Custom 40.  For cabs, I have a few bogners and a mid 70's Marshall 4x12, all with vintage 30's.  I chose the Aldrich pickups because thats what I had in my Suhr Modern before I sold it. My favorite amp is my XTC classic, and this guitar sounds absolutely killer through it. I especially like the clean in the 3 position with the bridge and neck both in split mode

pos 1: Bridge full 500K
pos 2: bridge split north coil 250k
pos 3: neck and bridge 500k
pos 3 pull pot: neck pickup south, bridge pickup north 250k
pos 4: neck picup south coil 250k 250k
pos 5L neck pickup full 500k
