they have a bunch of different wood knobs too and most of the other ones I have already seen, but not like the ones you were looking for Marko.  Those knobs damn near look like they are covered in the same colored material as the binding. :icon_scratch:
I did find a close color match, but not the bell shape you were after. http://www.allparts.com/Simulated-Ivory-Knobs-p/pk-3270-000.htm That may get you one step closer.  THG knobs also states that they can custom make any knobs from any material you like if you show them what you are looking for.

Crazy parts also has a wide selection of knobs.  Here is one that is similar to what you are looking for. 
Again it is one of the ivory type knobs.  Not exact, but close...
