...just received these things from Fastguitars; All from the "quick deals" page. 220 CAD [sic!] for everything. Add shipping cost.

Reasons for lowering the prizes:
SG body: dark spot on the wood in the control area
JR body: small repair in the neck pocket
SG neck: Unusual(!) head stock design, besides that, nothing wrong at all.
JR neck: Nothing wrong at all. Overstock? Unusual wood for this model (maple/ebony)?

As i type, they have SG and JR bodies, 50 CAD each, on the site. No "dirt cheap" necks though.

Damm, i am slow on my workbench, and i have far tooo many projects right now! These are my nextnextnextnext and nextnextnextnextnext things to do. But they are nice to just look at as well :guitarplayer2:.

Do they have good quality wood and stuff? And how about "fretwork"?

I know I can trust Warmoth on both points, I've have never got something out of the factory I can't set a super low action on, I've never had to make any fret leveling

The fretwork is impressing. I checked both necks with a fret rocker, and everything is perfect. The woods... nothing spectacular; just great. Routing/sanding job is nice right out of the box.

They dont offer all options and a fancy webpage as Warmoth, but they cover another range of models, which is nice.
