Drilling template for Sperzel Locking Tuners

Does anybody know where I can get one of those templates for the 2nd holes that I need to drill for Sperzels?
I know thatI saw them somewhere, and I spend way too much time to do them manually last time
I already checked Stewmac, Allparts... no luck yet..

I've never been able to find one and always have the same issue; you can use a straight edge, mark a line, drill relief holes for the tuner guides per spec, but when you assemble them, you ALWAYS have to go and futsch with some of the guideholes to get the things to line up. Love the Sperzels, hate the install. If anyone has a template/trick that works, let us know?
