Diamondback hard cases?

So I've got a Diamondback close enough to finished that I can start gigging with it. I'll post pictures once I finish the fret dressing and polishing. Been hunting around for a hard case that will fit all of its spiky offsetness and I'm coming up empty. Anybody got a recommendation?

How about getting a rectangular HSC,  take a large (yard size) trash bag, fill it full of spray foam, lay the guitar on the surface of the trash bag. Let it cure, then use spray flocking or fabric.

Nice! Custom case for a custom guitar. :icon_thumright: I've never worked with spray foam before. Is it as straightforward as it sounds?

@sixstringsamurai That's a sexy case but out of my price range. Thanks for the reco anyway.

This is a great idea. I've seen large commercial shippers do this with fragile parts very effectively. If you start with a lined case, perhaps you could carefully remove the lining and replace it after the new packing is glued in.

I haven't but I've received stuff done this way as a shipping method, so I figured it can't be too expensive or time consuming.

These are a little more budget friendly, I have this one it's $89:

But they have basic black, and other styles all in the same range.

The spray foam method works really well, but the trash bag is very important. My dad built a case for a nail gun that way but omitted the trash bag. It took him a week to chip the gun out of the hardened foam.
