UPS "saver" delivery (from Warmoth) to UK of 0.5Kg parcel, $52.94
DHL delivery (from Stew Mac) to UK of 1.0Kg parcel, $27.90

Both services are about 2 days (I think the DHL service may be 3 days...)

It would certainly make smaller orders (for fretwire, pickguards etc) cheaper than at the moment.

UPS "saver" delivery (from Warmoth) here in the States is certainly nothing to write home about, either. I think Puyallup, WA may be a little too far off the beaten path, so there's a premium price and a delivery delay involved. I can usually get better service from the US Postal Service out of that area, although I don't trust them as much. Warmoth needs to seriously investigate what kind of service they could get out of FedEx or DHL. I'm sure it's no more expensive, may be less, and may be more expedient.
