i find it much more comfy than my regular tele.  the bkp mule is a great pickup.  the piezo sounds surprisingly good, especially through a fishman aura di pedal.

i am very happy with the way it all came together.  hope you enjoy the pics.  cheers!

That maple top/natural binding is stunning. Great choice for the neck too, the black fingerboard with no inlays works very well.

Dam brotha! A+ on that one. I just finished my first guitar which was a strat and already a tele is floating around my head. Thanks for speeding up the turning of the wheels. Beautiful!  :icon_thumright:

Wow - that is suhweeet!

What sort of configuration is that for the control rout layout (the knobs). It looks like a Tele, but not totally horizontal, there's a slight angle to it but not as steep as a Strat layout (like you have on your second guitar pictured there)... or are my old eyes playing tricks?

Hi Tom,  it is the default knob location in the builder.  I think there were two options (two knob, three knob).  I chose the two knob to keep the layout uncluttered.

The one surprise I got when I picked up the guitar was the secret "kill switch".  It is a small button between the second knob and the output jack.  It is hardly noticeable.  The three way switch between the knobs is pickup, blend, piezo.  The knobs are both volume.  I was trying to keep the top clean looking, and I haven't used a tone knob (on the guitar) for 25 years.  Always kept it dimed for some reason.

Cheers.
