Carved top / humbuckers / pick-up mounting rings

Hello all. I have finally collected the necessary parts and pieces to complete a carved top build. Its a mahogany body and neck. I am sure there is someone else there that has done one of these. My concern at the moment is what pick-up mounting rings I need to use? Guitar will get a pair of SD Pearly Gates. Would very much like to hear from someone else who has done one of these. This is my third build.  Thanks in advance for any input.

Cheers!

If it's a Warmoth body, I'm fairly certain these will work just fine:

Thank-you. I was not sure if curved ones were required so I ordered both the curved ones, tall and short and the flat ones.

I think you'll need 2 thin curved rings if the neck pocket isn't angled, someone else could confirm though.

I don't think any of Warmoth's carved tops require form-fitting pickup mounting rings. At least, none of the ones I've assembled have. Might want a short/tall pair, to accommodate the difference in height between neck/bridge positions, but even that sorta depends on the pickups. If they're open coils, you might want help from the rings to hide them. If the pickups are covered, then it's a judgement call on aesthetics.

It depends how curved the top is. If there is similar to a Les Paul I would start with the curved rings and shape them with sandpaper for the specific body.

See how the rings are on my WLP:
