There's one quote I'm suprised didn't make the list. I knew a guy who lived down the hall who would refer to his uncle's best set of clothes as a "Kenora Tuxedo," meaning blue jeans, a denim shirt, a denim jacket and a pair of work boots.

Also, wanted to ask, where in Canada do you live Mayfly?

Very cool--America learned a lot about Ottawa when Stephen Harper was elected, mainly due to the fact that his party parallels a lot of the beliefs that Bush's political party stands for, as Bush was in office when Harper was elected. Not to mince politics on here, but the late night talk shows stated that Harper's only real shortfall was his bland personality, whereas they babbled on and on about Bush's shortfalls, noticebly the time he waved to Stevie Wonder.

A loooong time ago I saw them at a small club with Neco Case.  Neco was really drunk but sang just amazing stuff.  I want to have her children.
