Two favorite Stones songs for sure... :icon_thumright:

i can think of few things more embarassinger than being outlived by keith richards lol.

buuuut It's getting to the point where i think he and betty white are gonna be kicking dirt on my own coffin (when I'm dead, not on the one I already own being stored at my friend todd's car hold [fancy word for garage] . i got a great deal on it since it was barely used when my grandad was reburied in an old oil drum)

I didn’t comment here on that day here, but I did to my wife.  I think that leaves us only 2 surviving drummers from the big English rock groups from the 60s/early 70s.  Ringo Starr and Nick Mason

Ian Paice (Deep Purple ) is still around and immediately springs to mind as another.

Kenney Jones from The Small faces/ Faces? He later replaced Keith Moon in The Who in about 1979/80 & was with The Who for several years too...

Indeed, RIP to Charlie Watts and condolences to his family. Had a long marriage and was definitely the 'quiet one' in the Stones.
Developed into a very cool stylistic self, both artistically and personally.
Aside from his work with The Rolling Stones, which is MASSIVE & legendary, he also had side projects with Jazz.
