Well the build begins as we wait for the neck to be completed.

Stud install

Back control cover and copper shielding tape

Control cavity on the body and copper shielding tape

Soldering the seperate copper pieces together in strategic places so they conduct as one piece.

Drilling the plate mounting holes

Running wires and soldering for the selector switch

Chrome hardware is what the kid wants.  I think the original Braveheart was done very well. In fact, it inspired this one. Kudos to Chris from Arabia for that!  :icon_thumright:

You been training the boy to solder since he was three?  He looks fairly comfortable and seems to have done a fine job.

Seymour Duncan 59 in the neck and Rio Grande BBQ in the bridge position.

Here's the neck getting ready to go on!  Indian Rosewood with an Ebony Fingerboard. Simple but perfect for this build I think.
