It looks way better than I thought, I like it more than the original Braveheart  :rock-on:

What color hardware/pickups/knobs have you planned for this?

Chrome hardware is what the kid wants.  I think the original Braveheart was done very well. In fact, it inspired this one. Kudos to Chris from Arabia for that!  :icon_thumright:
 
You been training the boy to solder since he was three?  He looks fairly comfortable and seems to have done a fine job.
 
He hasn't done much soldering really but I suppose he's been watching Dad do it since he was born. He'll get plenty of practice with this build.
 
Here's the neck getting ready to go on!  Indian Rosewood with an Ebony Fingerboard. Simple but perfect for this build I think.

nice neckback! looks a bit like my IRW neck. I still regret it though not having chosen an ebony board...must have been killer with the inlay I have...
 
I actually really like that neck without the binding (or is it black binding?) Anyway it looks great like that.
 
Very nice indeed. should have had the headstock done to match the body. That would be tits..... :icon_thumright:
