Bass arrived but not too happy

Just got off the phone with John at Warmoth and he agreed that some things were not correct and they are issuing a full refund and I am going to reorder the same thing.  Chances of it happening again are probably very slim.  :blob7:  :headbang:    :hello2:    :eek:ccasion14:    :turtle:    :bass:
 
Body and neck?  I'd actually be curious to know which one is "off."  My money is on the body's neck pocket.  Regardless, I'm glad they're taking good care of you.  That's such a pretty build.

That is good and it also ensures any QC issues get nipped in the bud. Which is important to all I think.

I can't even SEE what scuff you are talking about, but as for the tiny line that NO ONE WILL SEE.... Warmoth does not dye inside the neck joint. In fact, most quality makers wouldn't bother staining there because.... NO ONE WILL SEE IT.

Well, except that he posted a picture and YOU CAN SEE IT.

I'm glad Warmoth is making it right, but I'm not surprised. Their customer service is among the best I've ever dealt with.
