Looks amazing! I like the binding below the curve of the edge, classy stuff. And great work with the headstock! Gunslinger style, looks awesome!
I appreciate that, I am being very patient and finnicky on this one. Or as my friends like to say about me 'fussy and picky'....... LOLLooks amazing! I like the binding below the curve of the edge, classy stuff. And great work with the headstock! Gunslinger style, looks awesome!

Looks excellent!!Nice day to take a break from the bathroom remodel and sit on the patio with the guitar. Installed the bridge and neck so I could at least get 2 strings on it to line up the pickups. Neck looks really good, just a tiny bit of spot leveling. Everything ready now for my parts to show up from Mojotine to wire it up.

Hey, I haven’t done those in months…..Old Hagwood just kicking back with some shrooms!![]()
Very niiiice Hagwood! I dig it!Got the build complete last night after all the soldering. Still need to do a good setup, just eyeballed string and pickup height and neck relief as it was late and wanted to plug it in to test it. First impressions are very positive. Love the sound of the Mojotone 59 PAF Humbucker and the 58 quiet coil singles, and plays great. I'll break out the 'highfalutin' camera and get some good photos once the rain stops around here, and post all the details. It was a super fun build, and I was very OCD with it, from finding just the right size gold screws for everything (although the switch screw countersinks are a little off, will have to fix later), to modifying parts so that everything was black and gold.

Don't you go gettin' all sassy on us now. Thanks guys.
Of course. And also a little blood in the control cavity…. My wife says my trademark is getting blood on everything I makealso, I hope you burned a finger on the soldering iron, you know just a tad.
Thanks for the idea. I’m now referring to it as my ‘Patent Applied For Gunslinger Headstock’.Looks amazing! I like the binding below the curve of the edge, classy stuff. And great work with the headstock! Gunslinger style, looks awesome!
If I don't get at least one burn, I know I soldered it incorrectly.Of course. And also a little blood in the control cavity…. My wife says my trademark is getting blood on everything I make![]()
Amazing! Love the attention to detail for the matched look all over the guitar. Even the fret markers match the headstock curves. OCD makes perfection.![]()
